Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate employment cycle related activities.
- Creating job descriptions, advertising on all job platforms, and handling the full recruitment process
- Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process
- Handling end-to-end process of staff onboarding and offboarding
- Manage HR system and operations related process, update and maintain employees data in HRIS (QuickHR system)
- Assist with MOM pass renewal and process work pass application
- File and maintain e personnel documents in an organized manner
- Be the first point of contact for employee's inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries
- Administer the leave module under HRIS, provide leave balance
- Submit work pass application, renewals
- Process monthly payroll and generate payroll report
- Process CPF, Income Tax submissions for IR21 and IR8A
- Support for projects and organise events, staff gathering/team building/retreat
- Manage employee benefits programs and address inquiries related
- Support the performance appraisal process by tracking timelines, gathering feedback, and assisting in documentation
