Job Scope
- Overall management of outlet and kitchen
- Ensure food safefy and hygiene requirements are adhered to
- Supervise staff and plan staffing schedule (i.e leave planning)
- Manage food supplies and kitchen inventory (i.e tracking and placing orders)
- Perform daily accounts closing (i.e reconciliation)
- Resolve conflicts and manage customer service to ensure quality service
- Provide on-going training
- Motivate team to achieve monthly sales
Requirements
- Has prior F&B experince as supervisor or assistant supervisor and now aspire to be supervisor
- Has knowedgle of inventory management
- Has food safety and hygiene knowledge and experience
- Can resolve conflicts and complains
