- Managing and ensuring the success of implementations - across different projects.
- Work alongside stakeholders (customers, vendors and internal partners such as Sales, RMs, Legal and Products) to ensure customer cash management solution onboarding.
- Drive utilisation and innovation to ensure satisfaction
skills and experience required
- A degree is minimally required
- At least 3 years of experience in implementation or project management with external customers. Either in the areas of cash management and/or trade finance as well as at least 3 years of working experience preferably in the banking industry
- Knowledge in ERP packages (SAP, Oracle), Host-to-host and API Connectivity or project management would be a plus
