Responsibilities
- Handle work permit application (new & renewal)
- Purchase of security bond
- Arrange medical check-up for staff and workers
- Arrange primary care plan for all workers in dormitory wef 01.04.2022
- Handle work pass applications (new & renewal)
- Arrange entry permit for new workers
- Assist in handling payroll related matters (Salary/OT/CPF/IR8A/IR21/Levy)
- Handle company insurance & claims (WICA/H&S/IAL/Fire)
- Arrange insurance cover notes for jobs
- Handle dormitory related matters – tenancy agreements/check-in & out
- Handle government paid leaves – childcare / NS man pay / maternity
- Handle levy waivers
- Handle travel and hotel arrangements
- Assist in Company events
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experiences in construction or manufacturing industries
- Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and CPF Act
- Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin) and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Infotech
- Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
