Receptionist

The main roles and responsibilities of the receptionist are:

  • Scheduling appointments and answering the telephone
  • Preparation and maintenance of medical records
  • Registering, Admitting and discharging patients
  • Manage reception desk and handle client queries.
  • Dispensing medication at the counter and handling payments.
  • Perform any other relevant administrative duties.


Requirements

At least 1 Year of experience working with animals preferred

Must be PC, Microsoft Office and Internet literate.

Must be compassionate towards and be willing to clean up after sick animals.

Open to long hours and weekend work.


Salary commensurate with experience

Part-timers are welcome to apply if you are able to commit for at least 2 years.

Candidates with full working rights for Singapore will be considered.
