- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems in the facility building
- Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
- Monitor and maintain effective functioning of all equipment (AV/M&E), carry out troubleshooting to rectify faulty equipment or components
- Ensure cleanliness in the meeting rooms/ auditorium/ theatre before and after each event
- Assist with logistic set up for all events, including monitoring caterers' set-up to ensure safety & cleanliness
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, installation configurations, and maintenance activities
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference
- Provide training to end-users on the proper use of audiovisual equipment
- Offer technical support during events, meetings, and presentations to ensure a smooth experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- NITEC in Electrical/ Electronics/ Audio Visual related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge in managing the setup of AV systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour
