We are currently expanding and seeking for a Sales Hunter in the hospitality industry to develop our sales and find new customers. We want to find a candidate whom we can help becoming a successful salesperson. If the salesperson is driven by results, commissions can be highly motivating, and there are no limits to commissions.
Specific Responsibilities :
The salesperson will be involved in the entire sales process and be in direct contact with customers on a daily basis, which includes:
- Cold calling and messaging prospects to schedule appointments and tastings
- Meeting with customers to assess their needs
- Preparing proposals and negotiating with customers
- Following up with customers and managing their relationships
Education and Qualifications required :
The applicant must have experience in sales and hospitality roles. Some computer skills are necessary to update our database and track customers.
They mainly need to have a good personnality as followed:
- A positive mindset and strong energy to hunt for new customers daily
- Ambition to generate sales and exceed goals
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge and experience in F&B is a plus.
