Responsibilities:
As a FM Global Support Engineer, you will be contributing in an Agile way to the full lifecycle of the application.
- Responsible for whole scope of the application globally. From day-to-day operations, to complex changes and global strategic projects. You will be playing a key role in running, maintaining and further enhancing our systems.
- Responsible for delivering a stable and fit-for-purpose service to trading community globally. Including both functional and technical support.
- You will be exposed to various demanding stakeholders and third-party applications, thus providing opportunities for professional and personal development while putting to good use the knowledge and experience you have accumulated so far.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree with minimum 4 years of experience in Network Voice.
- Strong experience in Global Voice Trading & Recording System and ICE Instant Messaging
- Experience in Windows Desktop, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
- Experience in Operational Security Guidelines & Risk Management, Vulnerability management and Security monitoring.
- Understanding of SIP technology.
- Understanding of networks, protocols, and firewalls
- Hands on knowledge of IPC Unigy and MR voice recording will be added advantage.
