We have expanded regionally in SE Asia and we are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Executives to be part of our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serving potential and satisfied customers, providing timely responses to requests for information, coordinating orders and delivery.
- Handle incoming calls and queries from customers and ensure that issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
- Build rapport and maintain good relationships with customers through regular after sales service, communication and support.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, close follow up on back orders.
- Provide appropriate product recommendations/alternatives, and update customers promptly on their order status.
Requirements:
- Customer centric with strong focus on service excellence.
- With 2-3 years of relevant work experiences.
- Possess strong working knowledge in order fulfillment: order processing, invoicing and back order tracking, logistics arrangements.
- Able to use Microsoft computer applications (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Good with numbers and good multi-tasking skills.
