Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 5-10 member cross-functional development team.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Translate project requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop solutions using Python, Pyspark, ETL, Snowflake, Glue (AWS), and Airflow.
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with DevOps.
- Design and optimize AWS infrastructure to support applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for stable solutions.
- Proactively ensure coding best practices and documentation within the team.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Python, Pyspark, ETL, Snowflake, Glue (AWS), Airflow, and experienced in CI/CD and AWS infrastructure.
