We are looking for individuals who are keen to develop a career as a HR Consultant.

The following are some of the interesting areas of work as HR Consultant:

HR Support Service

  • Provide general advisory services on Singapore's employment laws, local HR practices, typical compensation, and benefits of employment.
  • Advisory on local and foreign manpower hiring strategies and quota including application, renewal and termination of employment and work passes of your foreign staff including expats.
  • Review/Update HR Policies and Employee Handbook
  • Review/Advise Options for Benefits Management
  • Advisory and Assistance in preparing the employment contracts for new hires, promotion, and termination/dismissal letters for departing employees.
  • Advise and Assist with MOM compliance matters on fair employment practices, retrenchment, termination, and dismissal.
  • Advise on employee grievance management and handling.
  • Assist with hiring strategies including writing of appropriate job description for job advertisements for new recruits whenever necessary on your behalf to ensure compliance with fair employment practices, and conduct interviews.
  • Advise on strategies regarding performance and talent management.
  • Advise and assist with regards to training needs of employees including applying for government training grants, grants eligibility, etc.

Payroll Outsourcing Service

  • Administer the whole monthly payroll process on behalf of clients using payroll software.
  • Manage and process bonus, commissions, leaves, claims/expense management and reimbursements,
  • Administration and submission of annual employees’ tax returns including tax clearance for departing foreign employees.
  • Manage submission for government parental leave submissions.

Work Pass Application Service

  • Consult and provide advisory support to clients on the various types of work pass , criteria, and eligibility.
  • Handle entire Work Pass Application process on behalf of clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource.
  • Min 5 years of experience working in human resource operations or human resource business partnering.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well verse with Prosoft or BIPO will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates from Human Resource Management coupled with an aptitude to move into Human Resouce Business Partnering are welcome to apply for our Career Trial Internship with us.
