Job Description:
· Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
· Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimization.
· Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financial data.
· Coordinate Group consolidation for financial and management reporting.
· Involve in the preparation and consolidation of group budgets and forecasts.
· Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure timing filing.
· Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
· Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
· At least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction
· Minimum 2 years of consolidation experience at Group level
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
· Meticulous and able to work independently
· Well versed in English and Chinese.
