Responsibilities:
Perform quality check on:
· Weigh & test equipment
· Incoming and outgoing cylinders
· Incoming seals and stock
· Painted cylinders, logo and warning label
· Meeting safety and specification standards (footring/rusty/dirty/height)
· Perform logistics on Haulier, keying into stock program
· Perform physical stock take on empty and gilled cylinders
· Collate defective cylinders statistics
· Maintenance of Daily Occurrence Book
· Perform store duty
· Ensure stick are check on Haulier whether incoming or outgoing on voucher or manual
Admin Support:
· Input incoming bulk CQ
· Filing and Report writing
· Organize meeting according to schedule
· Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
· Min 1 yrs exp in operations
· N level (or equivalent and above)
· Able to use Microsoft Office
