Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the financial management and budgetary functions
- Corporate finance, risk and treasury management
- Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government Regulatory Agencies
- Reviews reports to analyze projections of budget expenses
- Set strategic financial objective, developing and implementing policies and procedures
- SGX reporting, merger and acquisition activities and ad-hoc projects
- Manage and provide overall supervision to the Finance department
- Implement sound internal control procedures in the organization
- Provides strategic consultation including financial analysis on projects, cost identification and allocation and revenue and expense analysis of operations
Requirements:
- Qualified CPA with at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance or its equivalent
- Must have relevant working experience and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Awareness of legal and statutory requirements on tax and accounting matters
- Must be well versed with relevant authorities’ requirement and compliance
- Meticulous with strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure with tight schedule
- High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
