We are currently looking for Project Controls/Planning Lead to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier identification, supplier sourcing/selection, negotiation, agreement and supplier performance
- Monitor procurement processes as well as controlling of resources and activities in support of quality, cost and delivery requirements.
- Perform part cost structure analysis to achieve best price based on required specification
- Ensure that RFP/RFQ for both indirect and direct sourcing is established.
- Supplier profile and material info record (e.g. price, lead time, payment term, MOQ/SPQ) management into relevant systems
- Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets
- Coordination between internal and external stakeholders with selected suppliers on necessary technical information, etc drawings, specification/data sheets, schematic, STEP files, to ensure the alignment in costing and delivered materials
- Assist engineering team to find and develop suitable supplier candidates
- Clarify to supplier on price discrepancy topic between invoice and agreed price
- Must have MRO/Direct purchasing experience.
