Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration and partnership with management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives of HR
- Provide admin support in the review, development and implementation of learning and development programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards and alignment to HR's goals and objectives
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes such as system training, training administration and indicators.
- Update and maintain training record
- Support in events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc

- Minimally diploma in any discipline
