Job Description
- Deliver consolidated results respective markets on key performance indicators
- Analyze financial and non-financial data from various sources
- Foster and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all organizational levels
- Support the APAC Operations Director and business partners in achieving shared goals locally, regionally, and globally
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior years, proactively pinpointing opportunities for improvement
- Provide insightful and value-adding analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Propose and implement reporting enhancements as needed
- Lead the quarterly forecasting process and annual budget
- Collaborate closely with the Group UK team for seamless group submissions
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors' Degree in Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant FP&A experience
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to excel in a multicultural environment
