Responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping and accounting data entry
- Handle partial set of accounts including account receivables, payable and general ledger
- Responsible for preparation and processing of bank payments and employee reimbursement
- Issuing invoice, DO, and update banking file in Excel format
- Maintain good documentation and filing system
- Assist in monthly and yearend financial reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in MYOB will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS office
- Details oriented
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
