Job Scope
-Resolve request, issues and handle customer inquiries.
-Proactively coordinate with sales team on communicating on customer requirements
-Achieve 90% on time delivery for customer requests
-Monitor the accounts receivable and inventory level by following up with customers and sales team to ensure on-time payment.
-Update and maintain accurate records on customers' status
-Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue (phone, online chat, text messages, email)
-Providing on job training

Requirement
-Minimal prior experience welcomed
-6 day off per month
-Ability to converse in both Chinese & English is required
-Proactive and always seeking new ways to improve yourself and your role
-Only serious candidates will be considered
