MANAGER, LABORATORY & NUTRITIONAL SERVICES
Base: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO of the group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of our commercial laboratory. Your key duties will include but not limited as follow:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the commercial laboratory in alignment with company goals.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the highest quality in laboratory processes.
3. Client Engagement:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.
4. Technical Expertise:
- Utilize your technical proficiency to guide laboratory staff, ensuring the implementation of reliable and up-to-date analytical methods.
5. Accreditation Management:
- Manage accreditation processes, particularly with SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
6. Project Involvement:
- Take on a crucial role in the planning and execution of laboratory projects.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing processes and overall operational efficiency.
8. Routine Reports:
- Provide routine reports to management on the status of laboratory operations.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Chemistry or relevant field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial laboratory management.
• Strong knowledge of SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 standards
• Knowledge on animal feed nutrition will be an advantage.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
