We are working with a top global tech consulting firm to hire a Fraud Specialist on a 1-year contract.
*Kindly note this role is on a shift-basis and night-shift allowance will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage actions taken on potential or flagged fraudulent activities/cases
- Coordinate intelligence on fraud related matters and processes, aiding in the development and implementation of the Fraud Risk Management Framework
- Monitor any suspicious transactional activities, with pro-active follow-up and resolution
- Liaise with clients and provide assistance on possible scam activities
- Support monthly reporting on scams and fraud figures reported to the firm
- Investigate and mitigate potential detected fraud cases
Requirements
- Any fraud or relevant risk management experience
