JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Reception duties: Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, goods delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch;
- Prepare and verify documents over the counter;
- Compile statistics;
- Attend to pupils who are unwell;
- Attend to pupils’ needs at the General Office; and
- Any other duties as assigned by the School.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum ‘N’ Level holder and above
- At least 1-3 years of experience in administration/customer service
- Prior working experience in school environments is preferred
- Preferably certified in basic First Aid, CPR and AED will be an advantage
- Able to speak, read and write English;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good customer service skill;
- A team player who works well with other colleagues
- Mutual individual with a pleasant disposition

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Working hours and days: Between Monday to Friday, school operating hours can be vary. To specify working hours upon job recommendation. Do take note school operating hours can start as early as 630am/7am onwards.
