RESPONSIBILITIES
- follow designers go clients house, taking clients' requirements
- answer clients enquiries (phone, whatapps, online platform etc) and arrange necessary follow up
- preparing quotations (with interior design field experience will be advantages)
- Documentation skills and provide administrative support
- Record details of enquiries, comments and next follow up
- Research and coordinate with senior interior designers
- Administrative job involved, include prepare PPT and tracking EXCEL data
- Need to help taking video, if necessary
- Travel whole Singapore as the jobsite is everywhere in Singapore
- Update interior design knowledges in datasheet
- Handle administrative paperwork
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
- If interested in interior design trade, will provide further support and training.
REQUIREMENT
- No prior experience is required. However, with related industry experience will be advantage.
- Administrative work involved, include proficient in EXCEL data will be advantage (pls include in resume)
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantages to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Meticulous, focus on details
- Responsible, willing to learn and pleasant working attitude
- Able to do multi-task , handle a few projects at the same time
