You will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will also have opportunities to run ambulatory clinics such as Anti-coagulation Clinic, Cardiology Pharmacist Clinic, Renal Pharmacist Clinic, Smoking Cessation Clinic, Memory Clinic, Geriatric and Cardiology Integrated Medical Clinic. You can even provide medication review service at the Nursing Homes or Patients’ Home.
Requirements;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalentRegistered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Board
