· Handle customer inquiry/tender for our products and services
· Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis
· Provide admin support to Sales and Technical Support Team to achieve sales
· Lead and manage assigned tender for submission that meets customer requirement
· Track and report on submitted quotation and tender status
· Monitor and keep clients informed on the progress of order as required
· Lead and conduct Contract Review of an order received from assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery
· Maintenance and preparation of presentation material, product information
· Assist in preparation of management reports on general activities and expected turnover and market trends
· To manage customer feedback and maintain relationship with the customers
· To act as a central point of contact for the customer on assigned orders/jobs and take a pro-active approach to customer liaison
· To facilitate with various department in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction
· In addition to these duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required
