Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the the daily smooth running of the factory operations.
- Managing the team of staff.
- Hiring & training of new staff.
- Managing and engaging our clients.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Actively support the marketing team in the company's campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the clients, where necessary.
- Work closely with our franchisees to ensure smooth running of the business.
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans/PR need apply
- Good command of English. Mandarin speaking is a bonus (as need to speak with Mandarin client speaking)
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality
- Polite and patient
- PC literate, comfortable with MS Office
- Experiences with the various social media platforms
