Main Role & Responsibility:
- To undertake Project & Site Management for Interior Fit out and System Furniture installation works
- Good site management & quality control skillsets
- Commitment to deliver project on time
- Able to communicate confidently with customer and understand customer’s requirements
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Min GCE O level
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in interior fit-out works or similar capacity.
- Fresh graduate with Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design may apply
- Good time management
- Must be able to work independently.
- Pro-active and enthusiastic in excellent customer service.
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license
- Excellent interpersonal, team working and time management skills
- Confident, resourceful and possess outgoing personality
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Possess of a recognized Safety Supervisor Certificate an advantage
Pre-requisites / Summary:
