Title: Team Assistant
Location: Singapore
Role: To be the liaison between the office and our facilities partners. Your primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring high levels of excellence in the daily operations. Scope includes facilities management and upkeep, administrative and travel support in efficient, timely and professional manner.
Start Date: Immediate preferred
Benefits: Medical insurance; 21 days annual leave
Education: University Degree preferred
Experience: 5-7 yeas of operations or administrative experience
Languages: Excellent command of English
Supervisory: Not Applicable
Reporting: Reporting directly to the Head of People Operations
Travel: Based in Singapore, minimum travel required
Responsibilities
Our client is searching for a personable, motivated individual who possesses a high level of attention to detail and a spirit of excellence. You will be an integral part of the support team with frequent interactions with both senior management and House members. Key responsibilities:
- Diary management and travel coordination
- Office upkeep
- Petty cash management and invoice processing
- Event planning and coordination
- Maintenance of administrative documents
- Support People Operations team in on-boarding and off-boarding logistics
- Provide leave cover for Operations Assistant / Barista
- All other Clermont System assigned tasks
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:
- Prior experience with professional or service industry will be a plus
- Work effectively with modest support and guidance
- Hands-on with can-do attitude
- Hungry for new skills
- Openness to experience
- Meticulous and unfazed by impossible standards
- Collaborative with other functions
