Job Description
1) To work with website developers and e-commerce sales team to enhance the current user experience on our websites;
2) Explore and learn the latest front end technologies and standards to ensure we are always using the best techniques possible on our e-commerce sites
3) Performing UX/ UI Analytics on our current websites
4) Evaluate and deploy required UI/UX development tools to enhance our e-commerce sites
5) Troubleshoot current websites for issues
6) Explore various secured payment gateways
7) Explore applications that will improve the security of the websites
8) Ensure applications performance (responsiveness), intuitiveness and friendliness on our e-commerce sites
9) Any other roles/ functions relating to improving our current e-commerce sites
Job Requirements
1) Possess an advanced knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI
2) At least 1 year experience in UX Optimisation relating to e-commerce websites
3) Advance knowledge in software/ application development and deployment
4) Great individual performer as well as contributor in a team
5) Self-motivated and work well under pressure
Detailed oriented and with an analytical mind
