Job Description
· Generate daily operation plan
· Monitor and drive weekly operation planning forecast
· Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
· Collaborate with Project & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
· Work closely with Project team to ensure 100% customer fulfilment.
· Coordination with Project team for any ad-hoc job assignments
· Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
· Optimize monthly utilization rate for Project Manager & General Manager
· Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to Project Manager & General Manager
Requirements:
· Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
· Ability to multi-task and manage sudden changes in priorities.
· Logical approach to problem-solving, inventive, and results-oriented, with high attention to detail.
· Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to handle customer and vendor requests via telephone, email, web.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
· Knowledge of planning and administrative tools is preferable.
· Excellent communication skills – verbal, written & listening.
· Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).

· 9am – 6pm
