- Work closely with the marketing team in conceptualizing and designing marketing and promotional materials for the company’s brands - from logos to posters, brochures, printed and digital ads, flyers, product packaging, press kits, and video editing.
- Actively contribute to the design process - from preparing unique concepts to the final artwork in a timely manner
- Develop creative ideas and content in the development of digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, aligning marketing goals in online and offline brand campaigns and social media platforms.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in obtaining and maintaining research materials, reference samples, image libraries, and artwork files
- Liaise with vendors in producing and executing marketing materials within deadlines set
- Provide ad-hoc administrative duties to support creative activities
Job Requirements
- Executive position with at least 3 years of experience in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Work experience in aesthetic/retail beauty/consumer industry is an advantage
- Proficient In design software i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign
- Experienced in web design in HTML/CSS, motion graphics using Aftereffects, video-editing using Premiere Pro are great advantages.
- Basic understanding videography and photography skills in retail packaging/print design and printing process, etc is a plus.
- A strong understanding and good judgement in typography, layout, colour theory and command of design principles
- Highly organised and independent, with the ability to multi-task several projects, manage deadlines and provide exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, willing and open-minded to learn in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent team player with proactiveness towards creative problems and a strong work ethic as individual contributor.
