Customer Service
- Support order processing with high accuracy and speed according to customers’ requests
- Continuously suggest improvements to Reporting Officer for departmental growth and minimizing error
- Respond to customer requests and/or orders - via phone, fax, email, and retrieval from online portals
- Handle customers’ requests professionally with proper phone/email etiquette and achieve customers’ satisfaction on CFF customer service
- Issue goods return note and stock exchange forms
- Raise credit / debit / stock transfer request forms
- Liaise with logistics, purchasing and sales on stock and delivery issues
Sales Support
- Engage regular sales calls and visiting with the given portfolio of customers
- Work and strive to achieve the specific monthly sales targets
- Share promotional material with customers and support sales team to boost the sales growth
- Attend customers’ meetings in well-presented manner and adequately dressed.
- Attend regular sales meeting and keeping abreast on supplier/sales training.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding orders/queries
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
