(JP) Customer Service Executive (Cargo)

Monthly Salary: $2400 - $3000

Location: East (Changi)

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday. (To Standby on Saturday. If the candidate has a laptop, there is no requirement to return to the company.)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive cargo bookings and reservations from customers.
  • Manage cargo booking, planning, and closure to optimize cargo space and loading.
  • Address customer needs and uphold service levels specified by the Airlines and the company.
  • Handle the planning and resolution of customer complaints, claims, and tracing.
  • Compile accurate Cargo Sales Reports (CSRs) and submit them to airlines, agents, and the accounts department in a timely manner, meeting set deadlines.
  • Coordinate with airline operations, Ground Handling Agents (GHAs), and customers/agents to ensure compliance with IATA regulations in the submission of cargo.
  • Assist Sales and Senior Managers in quotations and telesales.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Training will be provided.
