Job Description:
We are seeking for an Automation Engineer to join our client's team. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining automation solutions to streamline our processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
This role should have:
- Consulting skills, business knowledges to come up with realistic solutions to business (client) and project control to comply with business needs.
- Need to handle tickets, a part of support area.
- Problem analysis. implement and support until deliverable is acceptable.
- Support business (client) from business requirement gathering phase
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for software & Hardware testing, process automation, and data integration.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
3. Write and maintain efficient, reusable documentation to automate tasks and prepare test cases.
4. Identify areas where automation can improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
5. Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation systems, making necessary updates and enhancements.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement improvements in automation practices.
7. Provide technical support and training to team members on automation tools and best practices.
8. Document automation processes, test cases, and results for reference and auditing purposes.
9.Coordinate project meetings with business stakeholders with regards to timelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automation engineering, with a focus on robotics automation and process automation.
-4-7 years of work experience in Related field
- Proficiency in Linux,VBA and relevant programing languages.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Certification in automation or related fields is a plus.
Experience in Logistics or Manufacturing industry is a plus
