Job Descriptions:
- Schedules and deadlines are adhered to
- Communicate & Implement changes as directed
- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit
- Provide leadership by establishing clear expectation and demonstrating high standards of work practice and safety conscious behavior
- Assist customer service team to establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
- Experience working within policies & procedures and understanding of compliance, in relation to regulatory bodies’ legislation such as NEA, SCDF, MOM etc
- Liaise with hauliers, drivers, customer and warehouse personnel
- Supervision of all staff under direct or indirect control
- Administration duties as required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved
- All resources are utilized efficiently
Train, monitor and ensure staff compliance with safe work procedures and practices - Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs, with a primary focus on cost control
- Perform other related warehousing duties or Ad-hoc job assigned by Superior
Job Requirements:
- Secondary 2 and above with at least 1 year experience in warehouse and logistics environment preferred
- Able to work in a non-aircon and fast pace environment
- With forklift experience and license preferred
- Ability to read and write and performance accurate mathematical calculations
