Job Description
The successful candidate will provide support for the programmes/courses offered by Core Learning and carry out the general administrative duties.
- Provide support in the administration of the programmes / courses offered by the department.
- Manage vendors and payment matters.
- Handles students’ enquiries.
- General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Mature, meticulous and possesses a high level of discretion and integrity
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
