Responsibilities:-
- Fetching Dormitory workers to and fro assigned destinations
- Conduct daily inspection of vehicle to ensure road worthiness of vehicle
- Assisting with the loading and offloading of materials from the vehicle
- Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties
- Perform safe lifting operations with the lorry crane
- Perform collection and delivery of goods/materials to required destination
- Ensuring material/cargoes are secured safely prior to and during transport
- To ensure that the vehicle and machine are properly shut down and secured when it is unattended
- Conduct daily checks to ensure that the vehicle is in good and safe condition
- Drive in safety manner at all times and adhering to traffic rules and regulations stated in the road traffic
- Ensure maintenance and upkeep cleanliness of vehicle
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:-
- Possess a valid Class 3 / 4 driving license with good driving record
- Familiar with Singapore route
- At least 3 years of relevant driving experience
- Able to handle moderately heavy
- Clean traffic records
- Good driving records with zero traffic demerit points in Singapore
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Standby for night work
