THE POSITION
Title: Program Manager / Scrum Master
As a Program Manager / Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages agility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring successful execution of project deliverables.
- Implement and optimize Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
Scrum Mastery:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach and mentor teams on Scrum practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Proactively address challenges and obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Foster transparent and open communication within the team and with external partners.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define and execute test strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline
- 5 to 7 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Strong knowledge in managing project management tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
