Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-time Marketing Lead, CET to join our dynamic team and spearhead marketing strategies and activities for our department that offers short courses in the areas of hospitality, culinary, pastry and baking, beverages, and F&B services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to attract a diverse target audience, including hoteliers, F&B practitioners, hobbyists, and corporate companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our short courses, ensuring maximum outreach and engagement with the target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and utilize this information to refine marketing strategies.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online content, and social media posts, to effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our short courses.
- Manage and maintain our microsite, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility.
- Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising, to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as instructors and program coordinators, to gather relevant information and insights to support marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, associations, and organizations to explore collaborative marketing opportunities and expand our reach.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing tools and techniques, and incorporate innovative strategies into our marketing efforts.
- Support the coordination and execution of events, workshops, and promotional activities related to our short courses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the education or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing marketing materials and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a good understanding of the target audience's needs and preferences.
