Job Summary:As an Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance and accounting team in various tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping:Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Invoicing and Billing:Generate and process invoices.
Verify and reconcile billing discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor payments.
Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
- Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
- Assist in Financial Reporting:Prepare basic financial reports as directed by senior staff.
Support in the analysis of financial data.
- Expense Management:Track and manage employee expenses.
Ensure compliance with the company's expense policies.
- Documentation and Filing:Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
Assist in the preparation for audits.

Qualifications:
