Recruitment Consultant / Talent Recruiter
Location: Temple Street @ Chinatown
Working hours: 5 days/week; 0900hr to 1800hr
Basic Salary + Uncapped High Commission Scheme
We are looking for self-motivated Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team! As an end-to-end Consultant, you will focus on offering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
Job Description:
- Contact or visit potential clients based on list provided by tele-marketing team or self-generated clients to gather clients’ requirements for staff recruiting.
- Understand client’s manpower/HR needs and provide business solutions. And maintain good relation with both clients and candidates to achieve high retention.
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including company career portals, recruitment portal, social platforms, networking events and referral.
- Screen resumes, short-list, interview and select the right match of candidates according to clients’ requirements and job responsibilities.
- Working with admin team closely for the work pass allocation and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Possessing CEI Certification (Basic) is preferred although not a must (Shortlisted candidate is expected and should be willing to take the certification before joining, company will bear the cost for CEI*).
- Familiar with the Manufacturing or Construction industry is highly desired
- Strong passion for project management, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and work independently.
