Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules.
1) Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
2) To lead a sales team in daily operations.
3) Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
4) Plan warehouse operations
5) Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count.
6) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, example attend sales , billing & etc
7) To ensure all cargo are undamaged during any load/unload/stuffing/un-stuffing
8) To operate forklift ( if required ) as per industrial safety standard when receiving, storing, relocating and retrieving cargo from/to warehouse
9) To ensure all safety standards and measures stated by the company are being practice when carrying out delivery/load/unload of cargo
10) To maintain and update SOPs when necessary
11) Responsible for the warehouse inventory management control
12) Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
