A Bornean themed restaurant - first in Singapore - that offers creative Bornean cuisine and cocktails by a lively team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily operations such as cooking, ingredients preparation, cleaning, deliveries and restocking and other support duties as instructed by Chef de Partie.
- Ensure consistency in delivering safe and high-quality food.
- Practice food hygiene, workplace cleanliness and equipment safety handling.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by company
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 months experience in kitchen.
- Knowledge and ability to work in a kitchen.
- Self-discipline and hardworking.
- Able to align with company's vision and direction.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Proactive team player.
- Pleasant personality and good attitude.
