Our client is one of the global leaders in automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- Create comprehensive project plans, defining work breakdown structures, deliverables, roles, responsibilities, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to extract and understand business requirements for effective translation into technical specifications.
- Oversee both in-house and contract-based development, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.
- Lead implementation activities, providing technical support and corrective actions post-implementation.
- Support the rollout of global/regional technical solutions to the SEA region.
- Work closely with the Business Team to create strategic business and technical roadmaps.
- Stay abreast of technological trends to bring innovative solutions and enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.
- Continuously improve working processes, development efficiency, and resource capabilities.
- Support other strategic initiatives projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record in completing large-scale IT projects.
- At least 3 years of IT/Technical Solution System Development experience with a strong knowledge of SDLC.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, PMP, and/or CSPO will be advantageous.
- Proven success in leading product discovery and possessing good business acumen.
- Expertise in IOT/connectivity device, front-end, back-end systems design, and application API.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership qualities with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.
- Ability to adopt a "think global, act local" approach.
- Initiative to improve current processes and adaptability to embrace change.
- Willingness to travel within the SEA Region.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work overtime when required.
Skillsets:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, PMP, and/or CSPO (advantageous).
- Experience in MaaS, Smart solutions, and IoT Project.
- Experience with AWS Cloud, including project delivery.
- Prototyping and wireframing using open-source tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Technical knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET, or Java).
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and presentation skills.
