JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Liaise with various statutory board, government department (i.e.HDB,PUB,MOM etc.) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth executive works.
- Resolve public concerns/feedbacks/complaints relating to project.
- Organize and co-ordinate both planning and ad-hoc rectification works in the upgrading precinct.
- Assist Project Manager in all other documentations.
- In charge all public relation duties and customers enquiries.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, weekly updates, and other materials as when required.
- Promote positive relationship with stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least “O" level or Diploma.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- At Least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Hardworking, helpfulness, independent, interpersonal and teamwork.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
