Construction Site Admin/Assistant Public Relation Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Liaise with various statutory board, government department (i.e.HDB,PUB,MOM etc.) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth executive works.
  2. Resolve public concerns/feedbacks/complaints relating to project.
  3. Organize and co-ordinate both planning and ad-hoc rectification works in the upgrading precinct.
  4. Assist Project Manager in all other documentations.
  5. In charge all public relation duties and customers enquiries.
  6. Prepare and submit monthly reports, weekly updates, and other materials as when required.
  7. Promote positive relationship with stakeholders.
  8. Participate in project meetings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must possess at least “O" level or Diploma.
  2. Required language(s): English, Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
  3. At Least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Hardworking, helpfulness, independent, interpersonal and teamwork.
  5. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
