Responsibilities
> In-depth study, support and development of new technology and
capability improvement
> Design test vehicle, conduct DOE, data collection and analysis
> Liaise with vendor for evaluation and prepare technical report
> Co-ordinate with varies department for new technology
introduction
> Monitor initial mass production performance, resolve issues and
make improvement plan
Requirements
1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical &
Electronics) with 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing
environment
2. Strong in Engineering concepts and fundamentals
3. Knowledge of statistical and analytical tools – SPC, PFMEA, DOE
4. Good writing, communication, planning and co-ordination skill
5. Knowledge of PCB manufacturing will be preferred
