Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
- Establish a strong relationship with prospects during consultations or over the phone
- Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their enquiries are handled promptly
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, B to C Sales experience is preferred
- Sales experience in client facing role is ideal
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Customer-oriented
- Availability to start immediately is preferred
- Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese clients
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 9am to 6pm
- 5 days / week
