Customer Coordination

- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and logistics.
- Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate product information, promotions, and updates to customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure streamlined operations.
- Issue Resolution:Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, order details, and service-related documentation.
Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and order statuses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and order processing systems.
