Responsibilities
- Brand-in-charge to advise internal stakeholders on HR related issues
- Act as the first point of contact for all employees for all HR related issues
- Responsible for the follow-up & execution of all HR related processes e.g. confirmation, resignations, transfers, staff requests etc.
- Upkeep of HR related documentation for employees
- Process payroll for assigned brand
- Support the HR Manager for HRIS projects
- Involve in other HR initiatives
Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of HR experience required (experience in F&B industry would be an added advantage)
- Prior experience in HRIS roles is very advantageous
- Good communication, interpersonal & influencing skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Work location/environment
- Buona Vista / Nicoll Highway
- 5 days per week
