Your primary responsibility would be to conduct 1-to-1 Applied Behaviour Analysis sessions for preschool and school-age students.
Key Responsibilities
Daily:
- Take data of students’ learning each session.
- Take behavioural data of students.
- Analyze data to refine subsequent teaching methodologies to best suit students’ learning needs.
Weekly:
- Document students’ learning using videos.
- Attend case management meetings.
- Design teaching resources to support students’ acquisition of IEP goals.
Monthly:
- Select videos and write informative captions to send to parents.
Quarterly:
- Develop IEPs.
- Write progress reports.
Skills & Qualifications
Fresh polytechnic graduates from Early Childhood/Psychology programs are welcome to apply.
Applicants must possess a good command of written and spoken language.
